Before you submit

  • Check the cabinet is plugged in and the breaker hasn't tripped.
  • Note any on-screen message exactly as it appears.
  • Have your Location ID and machine number ready.
  • Don't open the cabinet or attempt repairs — that's ours, and it can void compliance seals.
